Expedited Shipping

- Tracking: Priority tracking included
- Cutoff Time: Order by 2:00 PM EST for same-day processing
Express Overnight Shipping
Next business day delivery
- Delivery: 1-2 business days (next business day for most areas)

- Availability: Monday-Thursday orders only (Friday orders ship Monday)

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders received after cutoff times will be processed the next business day.

- Restrictions: Some large or heavy items may not ship to these areas

Currently Not Available: We do not offer international shipping outside the United States at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Every shipment includes tracking so you know exactly when your order will arrive.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. This email is sent to the address provided during checkout.

⚠️ Shipping Issues & Solutions
📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the delivery address in your order confirmation
- Allow 24 hours - sometimes carriers mark packages delivered early
- Contact us within 7 days and we'll file a claim with the carrier
- If claim is approved, we'll send a replacement at no cost
⏰ Delayed Shipments
Delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high volume periods. If your order is delayed:
- Check tracking for carrier updates and estimated delivery
- Allow 2 business days past estimated delivery before contacting us
- Contact customer service if tracking hasn't updated in 5+ days
- We'll work with the carrier to locate your package
🏠 Address Issues
Important: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
- Before Shipping: Contact us immediately to update the address (no charge)
- After Shipping: We cannot change the address once shipped - contact the carrier directly
- Wrong Address Provided: We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address you provided
- Address Correction Fees: Carrier charges for address changes ($15-20) are the customer's responsibility
💔 Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the box and damaged items before unpacking
- Keep all packaging materials
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately
- No need to return damaged items unless we specifically request
