Automated Ordering
Using bots to place bulk orders, create fake accounts, or manipulate inventory
Price Monitoring
Automated monitoring of competitor pricing or real-time inventory levels
Content Harvesting
Copying product descriptions, images, or blog content for republishing
System Overload
Excessive automated requests that burden our servers or degrade service for legitimate users
Legitimate API Access
If you require programmatic access to Inkwellmart for legitimate business purposes, please contact us at api@inkwellmart.com to discuss official API access with proper authentication and rate limiting.
Detection & Enforcement
We employ sophisticated bot detection systems including:
- Rate limiting and traffic pattern analysis

Violations will result in immediate IP blocking and potential legal action.

Pursuit of civil or criminal legal action for serious violations, fraud, or damages to our business.
Severe Violations
Severe violations such as hacking attempts, fraud, or large-scale bot scraping will result in immediate account termination, IP blocking, and referral to law enforcement authorities without prior warning.
